Which timezone is shown for offline messages?

If your Operators chat from all over the world, it might be confusing if a different timezone is displayed for your offline messages. Make sure that each Operator sets up his or her correct timezone, because this is the one displayed for your offline form.

However, this is different when you are using an email ticketing system like Zendesk or Email Ticket. The time displayed here is the one you have set up in your Userlike Dashboard as your company's timezone.
