What happens if my email address can't be reached?

When our system fails to deliver an email to your email address several times, it will be flagged as unreachable. This can happen if your mail server is temporarily offline, your inbox is full or if you have mistyped your email address upon registering.

When this happens, Userlike will warn you in several ways:

First, it will display a warning sign in the Dashboard next to your profile. Clicking the link in the warning will take you to your Operator profile.

Additionally, when the system attempts to send an email but fails, it will inform you via a notification.

Having an invalid email address associated with your account can lead to issues with the operation of Userlike. To avoid this, please correct your email-address in your profile and make sure it can be reached. Once this is done, reach out to our support and we'll reset the status of your email in our system.
