Can I use a tracking tool?

To optimize the utilization of our chat, some of our customers use Google Analytics.

With this tracking tool you're able to track the following five events:

  • Contact sent a message to the operator
  • Operator sent a message to the contact
  • Conversation session started
  • Contact offered a proactive chat
  • Proactive conversation started through contact message

Note

In the Business package, we also offer our clients the option to use tracking API. This enables you to connect to other tracking solutions and offers a wider selection of events. You can find more information about this in our tutorial
